Books and select merchandise will ship directly from Courtney Kelly Books. All other items will ship from Printful's fulfillment center. Printful items are made to order in an effort to reduce waste and cost. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are only allowed for items that have not been personalized. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
