Celeste Tunnels Underground continues the journey of Celeste, a civil engineer now based in Dallas, Texas who is on a mission to solve the issue of traffic congestion. After researching ways to do this, she lands on building a tunnel and travels across the world to see projects that are currently in use and those under construction. Back in Dallas, Celeste and her team get to work on this important task and ease traffic in the busy city.
